Delivery, Refund & Cancellation Policies
This Delivery, Refund and Cancellation Policy are created on 10th of August 2017.
1.0 DELIVERY POLICY:
1.1 Business Process Reengineering, Merchandizing (Represent Buyers), Agent (Represent sellers/ Manufacturers); Business Setup in UAE and Part of our Marketing Consultancy are involved with our expert or a team of experts.
1.2 Once Orders are confirmed for the above mentioned (1.1) services; our team of experts will be mobilized to carry out the required services within stipulated time as agreed upon at the time of finalizing orders with our respective Customers.
1.3 Part of Marketing Consultancy deals with the soft materials and will be delivered to our Customer online within reasonable time (normally within 48 hours or agreed upon) once the payment and the required set of documents are received.
1.4 We assure that we will maintain utmost care in keeping all confidential matters and will not share any information to any 3rd Parties
1.5 Our Company Name and website name as "Radeba International Company and our website www.radeba.com" will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions Countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
1.6 Multiple Shipments / deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
2.0 REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
2.1 We believe in satisfying our Customers. We believe that the products which we sell to our customers are the best in the market available at the price we agreed.
2.2 We guarantee that our services give the best satisfaction to all our Customers and will approach us for our continuous service support to them.
2.3 We can’t refund full or any portion of amount in case any of our service physically is completed.
2.4 We have right to claim full or any portion of amount, in case of any of our services are fully or partly physically completed.
2.5 In case, if any dissatisfaction in our long term services such as Business Process Reengineering, Merchandizing, Customers Representative Agent work, Business Setup in UAEandMarketing Consultancy by any of our Customer who wants to break the relation for good, we can refund and/or settle after deducting our 25% of “total cost” as mobilization cost and then after deducting the expenses for the pro-rata basis for the period agreed upon.
2.6 In case if any order is cancelled for our services related to delivery of package of any soft copies materials, no refund will be provided once after the material is delivered from our system.
2.7 In case if any cancellation of our services related to soft copies materials; is confirmed before the delivery of such items from our system; we can refund 75% of the payment made for any such packages they ordered considering our operating and processing cost involved with outside agencies.
2.8 However we need their written representation with specific reasoning to check if there is any misunderstanding or unacceptable act of any of our employees or if any omission or deletion due to oversight and/or any unforeseen acts beyond our control and/or genuine reasons which might be on either side (Radeba or Client) can be represented where we can mutually agree upon for the continuation of our service on mutual interest to save time and money involved both sides.
2.9 All Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
3.1 Customers agree with our Delivery, Refund and Cancellation Policy by placing their orders with Radeba International Company FZC.
