Merchandising - Represent Buyers

RADEBA International Company FZC is involved in Merchandising works Representing Buyers with the Sellers. We relieves in executing part of our customers’ responsibilities where there are cross country businesses involved. We relieves the internal work pressures of our busy customers and helps to avoid absence of their much needed responsible staff being away from their regular work schedule to travel internationally for this part of works.

RADEBA has experienced qualified Staff to take care of the needs of every customer and take any size of business needs. RADEBA can do 100% checking or random checking as per quality norms of our Customers. We also involve third party certifiers as per any International certifications.

RADEBA can check and ensure the qualities and quantities checking of any Products and follow Buyers’ norms, requirements as per their guidelines. We will ensure the follow-ups as per the agreement between the buyers and sellers. We work as a strong bridge between industry and buyers.

RADEBA Service charges will vary based on different types of Service Agreements which involves with various duties and responsibilities based on Customers' requirement and are to be decided mutually as agreed based on the proposal quotes submitted by hard copies and/or through Emails and/or online; directly handedover and/or sent to the customers.

  • Assist in sourcing new products as per customer’s requirements – (Examples for Fabrics: Quality, Different washes, Fabric / Garment finishes, etc)
  • Help vendors in clarifying & understanding the design concept & sample making to meet the buyer’s requirements.
  • Inspect all samples – PP, TOP samples after VF technician’s review to ensure all fabric & trims are used as per customer’s requirement.
  • Visit factories during peak production months to ensure the goods are produced as per customer requirements & shipped on time.
  • Effective communication with the buyer & his all vendors.
  • Ensure to submit all bulk shade bands, trims & sample submits to buyers & advice approvals on time to vendors without affecting the production / delivery date.
  • Make QA files & ensure to hand over the same to respective QA’s well before the production starts.
  • Prepare order chart for each season, monitor, and review & keep track of all orders & T & A to maintain delivery dates.
  • Resolve all production issues with all vendors & timely approvals to ensure bulk production is not delayed.
  • Ensure all replies to buyers & all vendors on-time.
  • Ensure timely updates of all Lead time files, on Share drive for all seasons well before the deadline date & inform customer accordingly.
